The relationship between Mill Creek and One on One Learning is an important one. From the first FAST ELA progress monitoring to the second FAST ELA progress monitoring, third grade’s proficiency score increased from 10% to 27%! The support given to fifth grade also produced notable growth! From the first to second FAST ELA assessment, fifth grade went from 11% to 28% proficient.
